Psuedo force is the virtual force which we assume on the system acting on oppsite to the accceleration.
Hence, After drawing FBD of the m block,
we get
friction force is acting upwards in wedge plane direction and mgsin37 in wedge planee direction in downwards.
ma is the psuedo force which would hence then acts in negative x – direction as accln. is in positive – x direction.
Do the components of ma as it is now a force that needs to be componented along friction force.
that is:
f + macos37 = mgsin37
we get,
f = 3mg/5 – 0.8mg/5 = > 2.2mg/5
