first resolve 10 N as 6N in upward and 8N in horizontal.
Let point of application of force is at distance of x cm from point B toward point C then
torque about this point will be zero.
5*(5+x) = 3*x + 6*(5-x)
25 + 5x = 3x + 30 -6x
8x = 5
So x = 5/8 cm from point B toward point C.
