Since external force is zero so conservation of momentum will take place
then
0 = p
+ 2p
+ p3
So |p3| = 
|p2| = 2p
and m2 = m3
and kinetic energy is given by E = p2/2m
SO E2/E3 = p22/p32 = 4/5
