First find moment of inertia about hinge point I= 3ml²/2
Now rotate the frame by angle ¢ . then the torque applied by spring K2 will be k2 *¢ * (L/√3)²
Torque by k1 = k1 *¢*(√3L/2)²
Net torque is calculated by adding both torque and is equal to iw²¢
By this you can calculate W and thus w/2π is frequency.
