velocity at point A = v $\hat{j}$

velocity at point B = vcos30 $\hat{i}$ -vsin30 $\hat{j}$

so change in velocity = $\sqrt{3}v/2\hat{i} - 3v/2\hat{j}$

so $|\Delta v| = \sqrt{3}v$

time period T’ = T/3 = 2 $\pi$ r/3v

so average force = m $|\Delta v|$ /T’ = 3 $\sqrt{3}$ mv²/4 $\pi r$
