Conserve the Potential and Kinetic energy at Height “H” above projection point and “H” below the projection point.
Apply the Velocity condition at both heights given as per the question.
 
You will get velocity at height “H” above projection point. Find initial velocity (at projection point).
Find maximum height by third equation of motion, put final velocity equal to zero.
 
Answer shall be equal to (5/3)H.
