each rod mass is m/6 and length is l/6
that is moment of inertia of rod about its centre is ML^2/12   M=m/6 L=l/6
use parallel axis thoerm to know mi about centre where dis between rod and centre of hexagon root3l/2
that is u get mi=5ml^2/216
if it is right please approve it
