As the block is moving with 4m/s in the left direction therefore there is a friction of 60 N acting on it towards right as friction opposes motionNow a total of 80 N is acting in the rightward direction which will produce a retardation of 8m/s^2 therefore after sometime block will stop due to retardation Therefore ans must be 60N because it is acting initially
