The answer is in the options 3 and 4. 
Because when the block is about to touch the spring the energy stored in it is purely kinetic.
Its kinetic energy is given  by K.E=mv^{2}/2
When it touches the spring the spring gets compressed and its kinetic energy gets converted into potential energy.That is the block does some work to compress the spring through a distance ‘x’ which is equal to kx^{2}/2
When the block is in equilibrium position the net force on the block is zero and its kinetic energy is zero and potential energy is equal to its total energy
