From prependicular axis theorem , we know that.    
     #moment of inertia along y axis + #moment of inertia along x axis = #moment of inertia along prependicular axis !!!!!
           I.e. Ix + Iy = Iz 
      ✓ for a given circle ( Ix = Iy = I ) (given)
           Iz = Ix + Iy
           Iz = I + I 
           Iz = 2I
      ✓ # moment of inertia along prependicular axis = 2I
