Moment of force and torque are indifferent --------give me a clear concepts on it

In Moment of force any physical quantity such as force, pressure, charge or masses etc. can get multiplied with the distances from the point of rotation/contact.
Torque would only be produced by doing the product of Forces with displacement from the point of rotation.
