Dear student,
There is a branch of mechanics which deals with sub atomic particles and their interactions. This is known as Quantum Mechanics. Quantum Mechanics further leads into Matrix Mechanics as each physical quantity is replaced by Quantum Mechanical Operator and each operator is a tensor which is represented in the form of a matrix. This is the Matrix Mechanics. Quantum Mechanics is based on the Schrodinger’s representation of every interaction in the form of a wave. Thus the relation.
