Hi,

Mass flow rate means mass of the water flowing per second = density * discharge

in first case, Q1 = A2\sqrt{2gH}
in second case, Q2 = A2\sqrt{2g(3H/2)}= A2\sqrt{3gH}

Increase in mass flow rate = density * (Q2– Q1)
Pressure at point C:
In first case : pressure at C = atm pressure = po
in second case : pressure at C = density * g * H
