For the wedge not to move
F_h = \mu N
F_h is the horizontal component of the force applied by the air
and N = mg + Fv
Fv is the vertical component of the force of the air
Now F on the wedge perpendicular to the inclined surface is
dV = Adx (the differential volume)
hence
dm = \rho dV = \rho Adx
Now
dF = dm v \frac{dv}{dx} = \rho A vdv
hence we get
F = \rho A v^2/2
and hence
F_h = \rho A v^2sin\theta/2, \quad F_v = \rho Av^2cos\theta/2
Now solve it
