is there any simpler way to find the spring constant?

Dear student,
Spring constant (k) is related to the force as follows:
F=-kx
Hence, if we can find the displacements produced for particular amounts of forces, the ratio of force and displacement would give the value of the spring constant. The spring constant is positive, the negative sign comes in because the direction of force is opposite to the displacement produced.
