is the acceleration of two different objects same towards one object if the two masses are different and at same distance .i mean is the the acceleration of an object independ of the mass of the object that is under influence of another body. let two bodies of mass M and m. m is attracted towards M then force on m is GMm/r 2 i.e. equal to ma if we cancel m from both sides then acceleration of body towards other is not dependent on its mass. please elaborate???

According to me your aaproach is right .
The acceleration of a body does not depend on its own mass if it is under the influence of the other body which should be at rest . But it is dependent on the mass of other body
