Yes, it is possible to be accelerating while travelling at constant speed. This happens in a uniform circular motion, in which the object moves at a constant speed but is still accelerating. The presence of acceleration is why the object moves in a circular motion.
It is not possible to round a curve with zero acceleration because to change the direction of the velocity vector, acceleration must act on the object. However, with constant acceleration, this can be possible, as it happens in uniform circular motion.
