Yes, of course Angular Momentum can be conserved.
It is represented by ‘L’.
 
L = r x p
Where, r = position vector of the particle (relative to the origin of reference point) and p = momentum vector of the particle (Note that it is a cross product).
 
Also,
L = I \omega
Where, I = Moment of Inertia and Omega = Angular velocity of the particle.
 
Generally we conserve angular momentum in Rotational mechanics. That is, when we know the moment of inertia of the body and the angular momentum of the body, or suppose we got to know the position vector and mass and velocity (translational) of the body.
