In case of finite angular displacement it is not a true vector as it does not follow vector addition .Whereas infinitesimal angular displacement can be added due to small angular changes.

Please tell me in terms of “small angle” and big “angle”, like, when angular displacement is small, will it be vector?

Small angular displacement is a vector quantity where as big angular displacement is not a vector.Small angular displacement will be degrees

infinitesimal  angular displacemnt=small angle
finite angular dislacement =big angle now you can corelate that when small angle is made the angular displacement is vector as it can be add (note-when small angle is made the arc is nearly straight and the small angle changes can be added) this is why it is a vector but when big angle is made the arc is curved therefore it does not follow vector addition.and is a scalar.Hope You understood.PLZ APPROVE IF YES.
