Integrate( x^2+2x +1 )with respect to dx having limit 0 to 1.I am confused as I am getting to diff. Answers when trying to solve by two different methods i.e 7/3 and 8/3.plz tell me which of the one is correct as soon as possible.urgent

The correct answer is 7/3.When you integrate the above term you will get |x^3/3 + x^2 + x| limit 0 to 1....Now when you will put the limit from 0 to1 you will get1/3 + 1 + 1 =7/3.. Hope from this solution your doubt will be cleared...Cheers!!!Anonymous
