But the answer of this question is d)Your answer is v1=v2 . You are also saying correct but the actual ans of this question is d) . So now pls tell the correct solution
Dear student,Apologies to not notice earlier that the length of thread between the two pulleys shown is also variable. So, we cannot directly say that the speeds of both will be same. We will have to use the method of constraint relations as given below-
Is there any other method by which we can solve this question .. By virtual work technique ? Because this method is a bit a lenghty and consumes a lot of time so a lot of time will be wasted on it . So is there any shortcut to solve this question instead of this method
