```							To locate the body in two dimensional plane 5 variables are required. In a two dimensional pane, two variables are needed to locate the center of mass of the object, one is needed to locate the axis of rotation of object, one is needed to account for the fact if the rotation of the object is clockwise or counterclockwise and one is needed to account for the rotation of the object about the reference frame.This makes the total of 5 variables to describe the location and orientation of the object in 2-D plane.
