Dear student,

The velocity of a body as a function of its displacement is given as-

v=\dfrac{dx}{dt}which is actually the slope of x-t curve.

Hence a body moving with uniform velocity will have an x-t curve with uniform (or unchanging) and non-zero slope, and hence a straight line. Hence option (a) and (d) represent it.
