If net force on a system is zero then
(1) It's momentum is conserved
(2) it's kinetic energy may increase
(3) acceleration of its a constituent particle may be non zero
(4) all of these.

System momentum is always conserved if the net force acting on a system is zero.
System will start to rotate on its own axis so, KE may increase.
It can have aangular acceleration.
So, Option D is correct.
