If block A is moving with an acceleration of 5m/s2 the acceleration of B wrt ground is
10 m/s2 as string will be short on both upper and lower side

According to the problem the block a is moving with an acceleration of 5 m/s^2

Let the acceleration b with respect to a is 10 m/s^2

Then the net acceleration b with respect to ground is  

√ 10^2 +5 ^2

= √100+25

=  √125

=  5√5 m/s^2

Hence the result is 5√5 m/s^2
