If angular momentum is zero about some point .Then is it necessary that it will be zero about all the other points

it will depend upon case by case , without proper ques we cannot say that at all other point the value will be 0 if it is on one point ,
the symmetry matters the most , even in some cases if the point lies in the same symmeetry and plane also , then , angular momentum comes diffrent ., 
so, can u just tell me the exact case of which u are talking about ???
