Hola,
 
Given, m=10,000kg
            F=2000N
            S=200m
Then,Velocity,V=?
By using F=ma:  We get a=0.2m/s^2
Later apply V^2-u^2 = 2as  (Hereu=0)
Then we get the value of V as root over 80.
