Iam weak at physics.so I wanted to score atleast 90-100 marks in NEET-2017.plz tell me the easy and scoring topics

you need 100 in physics , 100 in chemi , and 320 in biology , to qualify for the govt college . 
so, to score 100 in physics cover the following chapters 
1- semiconducter electronics (vvimp ) 
2- laws of motion 
3- current electricity 
4- rotational motion and rigid body dynamics 
5- moving charge and magnetism . 
just cover these and you will get 100 in physics .
