HI ADESH,
USE THIS,
\omega_{2}^{2}-\omega_{1}^{2}=2\Theta \alpha 
put \omega _{1}=\omega and \omega _{2}=\frac{\omega }{2 } and \Theta =120rotations
get
 \alpha = -\frac{\omega ^{2}}{320}
now put this in the first equation,
with 
\omega _{1}=\frac{\omega }{2} 
\omega _{2}=0
and find \Theta ans is option c , 40 rotations
