The particle which starts with a velocity of 20m/s will take the initial lead upto 5 seconds. Then @ time =5 seconds both will be in the same distance from the start point. When time exceeds 5 seconds, the particle which had started with an acceleration of 4m/s^2 will take a lead. This can be inferred from the plot of distance vs time graph of the two particles. In the graph it can be observed that the particle which started with a velocity of 20m/s will be a straight line plot with some angle with the x-axis while the particle with an acceleration of 4m/s^2 will be parabolic in nature.
