yes the body becomes weightless once released, but since the spring is compressed, it oscilates. The water around the block dampens the motion of the block’s oscillation and it comes to rest eventually. The spring comes to it’s relaxed position and the byouant force also becomes zero because the gravity is cancelled though free fall. So A,C would be the answer.
