Three vectors whose resultant is zero can be represented by the sides of a triangle formed by them. I.e. sum of the any two sides of the triangle is greater than or equal to third side of triangle. In this question answer will be B because 10+20 <40 so these three vectors can not be represented by three sides of a triangle.
