How to determine wheather a force is conservative or non conservative...mathematically.??

well,
Conservative forces nevr depends on path while non-conservative do.
As exapmle-
P.E. = mg(h2 – h1)
 
here gravitaional cinstant g doesn’t requires the path to act it would alwys be g anywhere and hence is conservative.
like this try to visualise the things yourself by seeing the expression.
