In a toilet, there is a bowl and tank. The water is released from the tank through the bowl through a pipe. The pipe that is connected between the drain and the bowl is in the shape of the English alphabet S. Water flows through this pipe. There is a pressure difference between the bottom and the top of the pipe which is attached to the bowl. When the trip lever in the tank is flush, water is released from the tank. Thus, the high pressure water is moved upward to the bowl due to hydrostatic pressure and moves down. Thus, the bowl is cleaned and water is drained through the other way.
