How do you calculate final velocity from a projectile shot from an air cannon? I have the initial velocity, but I can't seem to find the final, or average velocity. Please help

```							If it is project from cannon it has horizontal velocity Ux that is given and Uy=0.. In projectile Ux will remain same and Vy=Uy+at i.e.,  Vy=0+(-gt)  therefore final velocity will be √(Ux)^2+(-gt)^2 ...
