a) P=F/A=45N/(pi*(0.3^2)=500 Pa 
because A=pi*r^2 and radius=(1/2)diameter 
b) (83N+45N)/(pi*(0.3^2)= 1422.22 Pa 
c) 1422.22 Pa; same as answer b, because the pressure doesn't change the farther down or up you go in the cylinder. The pressure would be the same.
