If vector A is perpendicular to vector B, then
a) A×B=0
b) A.(A+B) = A^2
c) A.B = AB
d) A.(A+B) = A^2 + AB

Answer is (b):
Given vectors are perpendicular to each other
A.(A+B)= A.A + A.B
       A.A + AB cos 90o = A.A
And A.A= A2
hence proved
