Given the initial velocity and angle of projection, how can we find the time taken by the particle to become parallel to the ground for a projectile on an incline?

Dear Student

As i am able to get you, you mean parallel to ground(and not to incline).

Usually scholars shift their axes along and perpendicular to the incline for calculation.

For this analysis just dont change attempt them. Let vertical be your Y-axis and horizontal be your X-axis. The time at which this vertical velocity vanishes(becomes zero ) is your answer. use 0 = u_y -gt.

Three identical balls are placed on a frictionless horizontal surface touching each other. They stick to each other because of adhesive. Another ball of same radius and mass m is placed over the void created by the three balls. Find the forces applied by the balls kept on the floor to each other if the system remains in equilibrium.
