Calculating v.r=[(−awsinwt)i^+(awcoswt)j^​].[(acoswt)i^+(asinwt)j^​]
∴v.r=−aw2sinwtcoswt+aw2sinwtcoswt=0
Hence velocity vector is perpendicular to the position vector.
