These three forces can form right angled triangle.
Taking 13N as hypotenuse. The angle between 5N and 13N is 90-23 = 67 degrees.

Three forces are in equilibrium means net force is zero , according to question forces can form right angled triangle with 13N as hypotenuse,5N as altitude,12N as base.Since it is given that sin23=5/13 Therefore angle between 13N and 12N is 23° ,angle opposite to 12N force will be 67° , therefore the angle between 5 N a n d 13N will be (180°-67°)=113°
