If you notice the displacement it to=5 sec is already 10m and at 7 sec the displacement is 26m
Therefore net displacement is 26m-10m=16m
And the time taken is 2 sec to cover that displacement
AVG velocity=total displacement/total time
AVG v=16m/2sec=8m/sec
