Tension T in the string will be equal to 4 * g = 40N

Friction will act towards the pulley on block P,
Balancing the force 50/5
Body will be in eqm .
Acceleration =0

F-Fr =ma
mg-meu*mg =ma
A =g(1-meu)
Direction of friction is opposite the motion means right
