Explain why an inflated balloon will rise only to a definite height once it starts to rise, whereas a submarine will always sink to the very bottom of the ocean once it starts to sink, if no changes are made.

An inflated ballon rises to definite height once it stssta going up this ballon cannot rise any further becauseat that height apparent weight of balloon reduces to zero. When submarine is dense than water the submarine will sink when submarine is        less dense than water it will rises to the surface
