Since the boat is moving along the with the initial velocity of the boat should be making an angle theta with the width so that the net velocity will become along the width and we are given the width and the time to cross along the w i d t c h does we get the velocity along the width and from it we will get the angle theta with with then you can equatesin theta to ratio of river velocity divided by boat velocity (5). you mill get width velocity =4 theta =37 si there 3÷5 and river velocity 3
