Does the equilibrium exists between two blocks of equal weights across a pulley

It is depends on the condition. 1 if the block is hanged over a pully then it achieves an equilibrium because their weight balances each other. And if one block is rest on a plan and other is hanging then we can not say that they are in equilibrium.
