There is no difference. When magnitude (speed) and direction of velocity both remain constant, then we call it as uniform velocity or constant velocity. Such motion is called uniform motion.

When velocity no change for example it remains all time 5m/s not increase nor decrease that is constant. But when equal change in equal interval of time like 1st 1mint 5m)s and next mint 10ms and next mint 15m/s that called uniform velocity
