Linear momentum is a vector quantity while kinetic energy is a scalar quantity. Hence, when the linear momentum is zero, it does not mean kinetic energy need to be zero. But when kinetic energy is zero, the linear momentum has to be zero.

So, the right option is (c) A does not imply B but B implies A.

Hi

A doesn't implies B but B implies A.
See if kinetic energy is zero v or omega both are zero because mass can't be zero.
In case of rotational motion Linear momentum could be zero but it still it can have non zero kinetic energy because of other motion.
