accleration of of motor cycle = 5m/s2
distance between them
d = 25*t – ½*5*(t-2)2
for max d
dd/dt = 0
dd/dt = 25 – 5*(t-2) = 0
t = 7 sec
at t= 7 
d = 112.5m
