Vect c = - ( vect a + vect b)
Vect b + vect a = ( 4 cos 60 + 3 cos 20) i + ( 4 sin 60 -3 sin 20) j
= 4.81 i + 4.49 j
Vect c = -4.81 i - 4.49 j
