  1. Can we say that an object with zero velocity have acceleration? Either yes or no explicate it with example.

Dear student 
(1) when a ball is thrown vertically upwards, then at the topmost point it has zero velocity but non-zero acceleration.
(2) It is even possible during circular motion when the velocity is zero(as displacement is zero) but its direction keeps changing(due to acceleration).
